community/profanity: move from testing

I have been using profanity for a while now and I am not a aware of any big issues.

As such, I would like to see profanity in community/ and thus also ship it with the upcoming 3.17 release.

This requires also moving libstrophe and libmesode. However, as far as I can tell both APKBUILDs are in a good shape and have checks enabled thus I don't see an issue with moving them as well.
