community/go: bootstrap using go-bootstrap and provide it

Sören Tempel requested to merge nmeum/aports:go-bootstrap-virtual into master

This allows performing an initial bootstrap (e.g. when setting up the builders) using gcc-go and compiling all releases afterwards with community/go which is somewhat faster.
