This PR:

(a) changes the upstream tag to final "3.0.0" (was "3.0.0rc2"). All changes since rc2 were in packaging code affecting other distros, meaning there are no changes to code executed in alpine (that is, I'm not cheating).

Also, (b) sources and build artifacts, previously bundled with the resulting .apk, are now excluded, shaving some 24M off it.
