community/mate-indicator-applet: build against ayatana indicators

And remove libindicator because: Only previously used as dependency of mate-indicator-applet

@fcolista I don't really know much about libindicator and if it might be useful for some use case to have this mate indicator built against that. With the ayatana one you can use those indicators with it (at least, maybe something else also)
