community/calamares-extensions: backport timeout increase patch

This is necessary for the PartitionJob to finish on the 128 GB PinePhone Pro. See patch description for more details.

@ollieparanoid I know we have this in pmOS already, but I really don't see why we can't backport it here in Alpine instead.
