community/aaaaxy: move from testing

ACK on requirements as stated on https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Aports_what_is_edge - the game is stable and working, no major content changes expected (meaning I am OK with the branching structure and delays), and I commit to supporting it as needed.

If it's OK, I'd still update weekly or biweekly as usually, but once branched off, only critical fixes in form of patches or backports.
