testing/py3-mopidy-jellyfin: new aport

Tests are failing and I can't manage to fix, so I'm putting the template here for some help.

All the test files haven't been updated for 3 years, so maybe they are just broken and upstream doesn't care to fix them. If that is the case, we probably can skip the check() phase.
