community/dotnet6: enable armhf, standardize aport

Antoine Martin requested to merge ayakael/aports:dotnet6/armhf-clean into master
  • stage0 and build fully standardized (i.e., custom patching and fetch logics removed)
  • stage0 now pulls bootstraps (cross)built with dotnet6-cross
  • thus enabling armhf (with more to come!!)
  • RIDs added for eventual alpine-s390x and alpine-x86 port.
