testing/cinny: new aport
Cinny is an graphical matrix client built upon web-technologies and currently only runs on X11. I submitted a patch in one of the windowing system layers which fixes support for wayland-only systems once it trickles down the dependency chain and gets included into cinny. I might patch it manually in this package, as I'm quite inpatient and want this on my pmOS phone ;).
