main/glib: upgrade to 2.73.3

@Cogitri I thought that a newer version of glib might help with another issue I'm having (it didn't) and since I had to make a few changes to build this version I thought I would go ahead and submit this MR. Note that the static_assert.patch is already upstream: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/glib/-/commit/2ef66ba3863b70bafd47761c7f096738346e5861 so maybe it makes more sense to wait for the next release?
