main/linux-headers: upgrade to 5.19.5

This is mainly to add the comment to follow latest upstream stable.

This is a suggestion to clarify how to handle the linux-headers aport. It isn't updated often and probably doesn't have to be, but maybe it should at least stay ahead of linux-lts or follow the version of linux-edge?
