community/upx: remove check() add enable on all arches

The check() function was originally added in 69398463. The commit messages explicitly states that the check() "may need tweak for other architectures". This was briefly discussed on IRC and there was a general agreement that adding downstream tests if upstream doesn't provide a test suite is a bad idea in general.

Removing the check() unbreaks the build on more architectures.
