I don't see an issue with having a debug package, though I haven't found documentation about when debug packages should be built and when not. The only downside I see is that the debug package is around 780 MiB.

Further, telegram-desktop-4.0.2-r1 currently crashes for me on launch with a segmentation fault on a PinePhone/aarch64 with postmarketOS Edge. The rebuilt package works fine. Not sure why the rebuild is needed.
