testing/powershell: new aport

  • new aport for powershell

Current limitations:

  • While there is support for arm / arm64, these builds apparently require crosscompiling from x64, and only supported on Ubuntu.
  • All but one check passes. Due to lack of time for further debugging, that test was neutralized as the failure doesn't seem fatal.
