testing/ocaml-cppo: modernize and adopt

rubicon requested to merge rubicon/aports:ocaml-cppo into master

Correct version is now used, instead of using aports git in the dune-package file and being empty in cppo -version.

URL is changed to the current Github repo, instead of redirecting from the old one.

Docs are no longer deleted, and the big ugly find command in dev() is no longer used.
