testing/py3-sphinx-click: upgrade to 4.3.0

This is my first time updating make dependency. I believe I'm supposed to update just the pkgrel field (by 1) of the packages that depend on it. I followed existing commit messages in aports repo, i.e. rebuild against .... Let me know if anything is incorrect here.
