[3.16] community/xorg-server: upgrade to 21.1.4

Backport !36319 (merged) to fix touchscreen issue #13247 (closed).

Secfixes CVE-2022-2319 and CVE-2022-2320 are included in version 21.1.4. I did not change the entry "21.1.3-r1" in the secfixes list in the APKBUILD.
