community/pdfposter: upgrade to 0.8

This MR upgrades pdfposter to v0.8 and its dependency py3-pydf2 to 2.4.1 so that the pdfposter tests will pass. @fcolista should probably see this since he maintains py3-pypdf2 and I am bumping it a major version, so making sure that he signs off on this would be a good idea. Pdfposter is the only aport to depend on py3-pypdf2 so we should be good there.
