community/lxqt-*: move from testing

Antoni Aloy Torrens requested to merge antoni.aloytorrens/aports:lxqt-community into master

This MR moves all the lxqt-* related packages and their dependencies from testing to community.

lxqt-core has been renamed to lxqt-desktop, and the old lxqt-desktop was dropped, as lxqt-desktop contained additional programs that were not required for running LXQt (one less package to maintain, too).
