Draft: community/docker-registry: assume maintainership and release 2.8.1-r4
Fix: Wrong path in check of service file
Changed: New installations will have enabled HTTP basic authentication.
And prepared configuration and modified permissions for enabling
a more secure service.
Some smaller changes and cleanup in build.
