testing/verovio: new aport

We should have several subpackages supporting

• Command line client
• C Library
• Python Library (if compatible with our version of swig)
• Javascript build? (ideally with as many options stripped out, see https://github.com/rism-digital/verovio/discussions/2791)

Their cmake scripts don't support building everything at once, so we'll have to call it several times over.
