apparmor, freeswitch, kamailio, postgresql: rebuild against Perl 5.36.0

This MR contains 6 aports to be merged after the Perl upgrade in !34890 (merged).

For apparmor, freeswitch, and kamailio, this is a simple pkgrel bump.

However, the 3 versions of postgresql need the same patch to ensure the testsuite for PL/Perl passes.

I have written the patch included in this MR. It has a patch header and explanations about how I fixed the failing test.
