See !34677 (merged) - the CI failures there (caused by a crash in blueprint-compiler, due to missing GModule-2.0 bindings and some other errors) prompted me to make this MR.

Also adds an explicit dependency on gobject-introspection-dev; judging by the checkdepends here, giara makedepends and the geopard package, it's required to run blueprint-compiler (at least geopard does not explicitly depend on gobject-introspection-dev in any way by itself).
