testing/ocaml*: try rebuilding lablgtk3 and lwt against new dune-configurator, enable lwt-ppx subpackage, some new aports

After yesterday's cleanup and upgrade of a few ppx packages, today I'm enabling the ocaml-lwt-ppx subpackage.

I'm also rebuilding ocaml-lablgtk3 against the new dune-configurator subpackage, and moving some aports from unmaintained as dependencies for the first full graphical application written with LablGtk3--chamo--a GTK Source View-based text editor that has Emacs-like keybindings.

Lastly, I also did various depends fixes so after this is merged, apk add utop should install a utop that starts without any errors about missing dependencies.
