community/k3s: upgrade to 1.23.6.1, fix links and module paths

  • I spotted github.com/prometheus/procfs v0.7.3 while building locally so let's try enabling riscv64
  • Change the URL from github.com/rancher/k3s to github.com/k3s-io/k3s. While we are at it, let's change the flags to use the new path as well. 1.22.9 still uses the old path github.com/rancher/k3s/pkg for the flags so I decided to move to 1.23.6 (don't know what the policy for updating major version of our k3s package is).
  • Change version string from 1.22.9+k3s1 to v1.23.6+k3s1 (follows upstream released tags and binary output)
