community/webkit2gtk-5.0: new aport

knuxify requested to merge knuxify/aports:webkit2gtk-5.0 into master

Provides the GTK4 version of WebkitGTK. Needed for gnome-feeds 1.0.3.

Unfortunately, the GTK4 version cannot be built at the same time as the GTK3 version (USE_GTK4 forces gtk4-only) which is why the package split is required. They can, however, both be installed at the same time.

I'm not sure what to do with the package name; some distros (namely Arch) name it webkit2gtk-5.0, and others use webkit2gtk4. There's also the question of what we'd want to do with the original webkit2gtk package.
