AFAICT the issue that was the reason for reverting back to 1.34.0 was fixed: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/944 (cc @psykose)

This should also fix a regression introduced with the wpa_supplicant 2.10 upgrade in January: The current NetworkManager 1.34.0 fails to connect to certain WiFi networks provided by certain access points running in mixed WPA2/WPA3 mode when using certain WiFi adapters. Lots of "certain" but a very annoying issue if you are affected. :( This was fixed by https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/merge_requests/1175 and is included in 1.38.0.
