gnome-contacts and gnome-control-center mobile fixes

This basically backports some fixes for problems which mostly affect mobile in some GNOME apps for the 42 cycle. Everything is dealt with upstream, the problem that sometimes things go slow, and waiting to get important things fixed is a problem. I hope this to be non-controversial backports.

community/gnome-contacts: add patch to improve support in mobile

Upstream[1] has considered the solution acceptable, but the exact padding
details are waiting feedback from Design. We will certainly see this or
a very similar patch in GNOME 43 and maybe even in 42.x. This backport is
important because otherwise usability is limited in mobile devices

The other one an ugly patch until
