community/ceph: remove dbg subpackage

Kevin Daudt requested to merge kdaudt/aports:3.15-ceph-no-dbg into 3.15-stable

This package is 2G in size, the single largest package in aports. If we had an infinite amount of space, this would not be an issue, but we sadly have not.
