Draft: community/plan9port: bump pkgrel to trigger rebuild

Currently, the plan9port packages includes a coredumb in /usr/lib/plan9/man/core. Unfortunately, the SIGILL causing the coredump cannot be reproduced locally. Bumping pkgrel here to see if it happens on the CI as well or only on the builders.
