RFC: Drop unused architecture block comments

knuxify requested to merge knuxify/aports:remove-arch-drop-comments into master

General cleanup MR to remove all unused architecture block comments (like "blocked by ..."). Doesn't actually change anything in the code, so no pkgrels have been bumped.

Marking as RFC since this is probably a pretty abstract nitpick, feel free to merge this if anyone's interested.
