testing/dotnet6: merge bootstrap into stage0

Applies following changes:

  • merges bootstrap into stage0 to respect stage0 implementation as proposed here
  • added testing suite to stage0
  • updated patches on stage0
  • build can build upon itself, and packages artifacts
  • runtime / sdk adapted to pull from correct directory
