The current state of the aport is suboptimal - some fonts for marginal scripts are separated in subpackages, some were left in the base package (probably unintentionally). Similar situation is with extra font variants and weights.
This change is intended to make this apore more systematic and also add missing font configs.
I created noto-meta.json based on Fedora google-noto-fonts, then organized fonts to subpackages based on ad-hoc heuristic rules. Historical fonts are classified based on data scraped from https://scriptsource.org/.
