Draft: main: linux-lts: enable Exynos5 configs

ODROID HC2 can run fully mainline but needs a few additional configs.

⚠ I built the kernel with these configs separately, that works, still having to test it with configs integrated into this one --> Draft ⚠

I will add also a commit for linux-edge once I have tested this one.
