This reverts commit 79d5c73f.

librest has seen a major API and ABI change from 0.8.1 to 0.9.0 (which seems to prelude a 1.0 release soon). Neither gnome-online-accounts[1] nor any of the other dependencies have been ported to support the new version. The upgrade broke any new installations which depend on gnome-online-accounts, which is a big chunk of GNOME's stack.
