community/chatty: upgrade to 0.6.2 and fix pkgdesc.

This update only updates the Romanian translation, so the risk for functional regressions should be none. Also, fix pkgdesc as it seems to have been copied from calls and doesn't make sense.

Tested and works on Samsung Galaxy S III armv7 (though, I had to disable and re-enable my XMPP account for its chat to appear? 🤔).
