community/ocaml: use the upstreamed patch instead of the homemade one

Kate requested to merge kit-ty-kate/aports:ocaml-upstreamed into master

Part of the patch has been upstreamed in: https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml/pull/10835

It would be wise to use it to detect outdated patches in future releases.
