Draft: main/{harfbuzz,pango}, community/{gtk-4.0,libadwaita}: upgrade to latest versions

Initially the goal was just to bump libadwaita, but that in turn requires an update to GTK4, and that required a Pango update... I can split this into multiple MRs if needed.

From my brief tests it seems to work fine.
