main/util-linux: split fstrim and losetup into subpackages, build 'last' utility

Split fstrim and losetup from util-linux-misc into separate subpackages.

Util-linux's 'last' utility is more featured than that provided by the acct Alpine package so add it to util-linux-login subpackage.
