This one was a subpackage of testing/proot, but I've made it independent to make package manager show correct package version.

Caveat: new package has version 2.2, while package in repo has version 5.3.0 inherited from its origin package.

I specified @cpixl as a maintainer, so it would be good to have an approval from him.
