community/mumble: rename mumble-server back to murmurd
Since upstream hasn't fully adjusting everything (man pages, ini files, …) for the new name yet this might confuse end users. Other distributions therefore install mumble-server under the old name (murmurd). With this commit we do the same but stay forwards-compatible with future releases by also providing a mumble-server -> murmud symlink.
