WIP: opencv 4.2.0

Russ requested to merge russkel/aports:opencv into master

As a part of my work on getting ROS2 on Alpine, I am attempting to get the beast known as OpenCV compiling again.

Huh?

  • >>> WARNING: opencv*: Redundant /usr/lib in rpath found

Fixed:

  • videoio ffmpeg capture files don't compile with musl libc fortify-headers. A workaround has been pushed to the opencv repo.
