community/libxmlb: take maintainership and update

Pablo Correa Gomez requested to merge pabloyoyoista/aports:libxmlb-update into master

I have verified the library libtool versioning hasn't changed and is still in 2.0.0, so it should be no breakage and plan to keep upgrading it when needed.

Additionally, rebuild gnome-software, which contains multiple compile-time checks against libxmlb versions, to allow it to take advantage of the newest features.
