community/apparmor: fix dnsmasq profile

I took the hint from this patch https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/30142/commits/75733e86f25e963ad66f3c55fa8313674fdede57. Void deleted this patch.

The user can manually add the line into /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.dnsmasq themselves, but I think it is better to include it into our package.
