The source project of this merge request has been removed.
main/meson: run testsuite
python3 setup.py check does not usually run the testsuite for any python project but just exits with 0, so this was never running anything
there are more optional dependencies for the testsuite (i noticed py3-lxml with libxml2-dev, vala, cmake, cython, some language libraries, could run a few more tests, for instance) but i'm not sure of the full list
