Since v4.5, squashfs now ships with sqfscat and sqfstar utilities. While they can be invoked with unsquashfs arguments, we should just install them.

Question for the maintainer: Can we backport (at least the symlink installation patch) to alpine v3.13 and v3.14? I'm happy to make the MR. I think this was a bug/omission on the v3.13 and v3.14 installations.
