community/intel-{media-driver,gmmlib}: upgrade
intel-gmmlib is also technically a dependency of testing/intel-compute-runtime, but that package is currently broken and uninstallable anyway (opencl-clang got bumped to llvm 12 without rebuilding it)- and upgrading it also requires doing some work to make it function with LLVM 12, and is currently not possible (see context at !28637 (comment 200753)), so i think it's fine to ignore- nothing more is broken than already is
