testing/cramfs-tools: new aport

Olliver Schinagl requested to merge oliver/aports:cramfs into master

The cramfs-tools are the successor/fork of the ancient cramfs tools. The original cramfs (tools) have not been maintained for over 20 years now, where as the newer cramfs-tools are being once again updated (a bit).
