main/busybox: upgrade to 1.35.0

Patches applied upstream and hence removed:

• 0001-cpio-add-support-for-ignore-devno-like-GNU-cpio.patch
• 0001-rev-correct-output-for-long-input-lines.patch
• 0002-cpio-add-support-for-renumber-inodes-like-GNU-cpio.patch

Patches rebased for the new release:

• 0001-ash-add-built-in-BB_ASH_VERSION-variable.patch
• 0004-app-location-for-cpio-vi-and-lspci.patch

New features enabled via make oldconfig:

• support for timezones offsets in date specified for date(1) and touch(1)

• support for -atime and -ctime option in find (mandated by POSIX)
  • support for other new find features, not mandated by POSIX (i.e. -samefile, -amin, and -cmin) has not been enabled for now
