New features enabled via make oldconfig:
- support for timezones offsets in date specified for date(1) and touch(1)
- support for -atime and -ctime option in find (mandated by POSIX)
- support for other new find features, not mandated by POSIX (i.e. -samefile, -amin, and -cmin) has not been enabled for now
