this is about 61/789 aports (split this more for ci, random fetch failures on 1 random package got a bit wasteful)
it also contains misc cleanups (mostly multiline makedeps, removing mips, licence string)- i can remove these, but it's not most of the volume of reading for this anyway- the rest is either build fixes or stale patch removal
also seems like -dbg splits work even with these targets- e.g. akonadi-dbg still works as intended
